There are many different types of mortgages and frequently clients
get confused about how best to approach their mortgage requirements.
It is possible to choose Fixed Rates, Variable Rates, Capped Rates,
Discounted Rates, Tracker Rates, Libor linked rates or a combination
of several different types! These can be arranged on an interest
only basis or a Capital & Interest basis (often called a ‘straight
repayment’ mortgage). Terms and Conditions will apply to these
types of mortgages
Mortgages and Remortgages can be arranged for studio flats, apartments,
bungalows, houses, holiday homes (in the UK and abroad*¹),
surgeries, offices, factories, warehouses and investment properties
(buy-to-let). We are able to assist the self-employed, contract
workers, overseas workers, Company Directors and a host of others
too.
We can also often help even if you have ccj's, mortgage arrears,
defaults, no credit history, discharged bankruptcy or simply have
an irregular income.
It costs nothing to ask.
We offer a wide range of mortgages including all the above and can
even arrange mortgages of up to 12% of the property value!
There may be a fee payable for advising on, or arranging a mortgage.
The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate
it will be no more than £700.
Think carefully before
securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed
if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
The Financial Services
Authority does not regulate some forms of buy to lets, commercial
loans, overseas mortgages, tax advice and offshore arrangements.
*¹ Changes in the exchange rate may increase
the sterling equivalent of your debt.
